Take the Pledge of Liberty

•   We will vote out of office any politician who supports the health care bill.
•   We demand that public officials oppose government expansion of every kind.
•   We will write to our representatives, informing them of our pledge.  
•   We will work to convince others to join the pledge.   

Terms and Conditions

        

  1. Members and recruits are identified by their email addresses.         
  2. A new Member is not your recruit if they join before you register them as a Prospective Member. 
  3. If a Prospective Member is registered by more than one Member, the Prospective Member will be the recruit of the Member who registered them first.  
  4. Except as noted in paragraph 5, you will be paid a Commission of one dollar for each Direct Recruit, and fifty cents for each Indirect Recruit for up to six levels of Indirect Recruits.  You will not be paid for the seventh level and subsequent levels.  A “Direct Recruit” is someone you register as a Prospective Member who subsequently becomes a Member.  An “Indirect Recruit” is someone recruited by one of your direct or indirect recruits, who becomes a Member. 
  5. You will not be paid any Commissions unless your total Commissions exceed twenty dollars ($20.00). 
  6. No new Prospective Member Registrations or Members will be accepted after October 1, 2010. 
  7. Commissions will be paid on December 1, 2010 to all Members who have earned over twenty dollars in Commissions.  No payment will be made to those whose total Commissions do not exceed twenty dollars. 
  8. Commission checks will be mailed to the shipping address provided when you pay for your Membership.   
  9. The liability of Liberty Pledge LLC to any Member for any cause shall be limited under any and all circumstances to the membership fee that was paid.  Liberty Pledge LLC shall have no liability to anyone who is not a paid-up member.
